  • Countries: We currently ship to South Africa.
  • Future expansion: We are considering expanding our delivery areas in the future.

 DELIVERY COSTS

  • Within South Africa: Free shipping.
  • No hidden charges: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS

  • Processing time Orders placed before 11 PM on the same day will be processed the same day, Monday to Friday.
  • Order deadline:  No later than 11 PM
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed on the weekend are processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days.
  • Working days: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
  • Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions and transport issues.

DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Reliable shipping companies: We ship via The Courier Guy.
  • Insured deliveries: All deliveries are insured. In case of loss or damage during transport, please contact our customer service.
  • Eco-friendly packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimise our ecological footprint.

TRACKING

  • Tracking information:  After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and tracking number.
    Questions and answers: Our support team is ready to help with any questions about tracking your order.

HANDLING MISSING GOODS

  • Report missing goods:  Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your parcel via info@curledbyme.com.
  • Resolution: We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns:  Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Conditions for returns: The goods must be unused, undamaged and returned in original packaging. Personalised goods cannot be returned.
  • Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, curledbyme.com will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refund: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return and refunded to the original payment method.
