- Processing time Orders placed before 11 PM on the same day will be processed the same day, Monday to Friday.
- Order deadline: No later than 11 PM
- Weekend orders: Orders placed on the weekend are processed the next working day.

- Working days: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions and transport issues.

HANDLING MISSING GOODS

- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.
RETURNS POLICY
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Conditions for returns: The goods must be unused, undamaged and returned in original packaging. Personalised goods cannot be returned.
- Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, curledbyme.com will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refund: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return and refunded to the original payment method.
